Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 cup plain cream cheese

• 2 cups sour cream

• 2 cups spinach, chopped finely

• 1/4 mayo

• 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped finely

• 3 stalks green onion, chopped finely

• 1 tsp dried dill

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients are stir until evenly combined (yep, it’s that easy)

• Eat with sliced baguette for the full Cheap & Chunky experience, or pair with vegetables for the Cheap & Chunky Lite version
