15-Minute Peanut Butter Noodles
Ingredients
200g of your favourite asian-style noodles—I used Taiwanese Style Sliced Noodle
4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili crisp
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Ground pepper to taste
Sliced green onion to garnish
Instructions
Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles accordingly. Strain and set aside
While the noodles are still cooking, reserve about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the pasta water and set aside
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together your peanut butter, soy sauce, chili crisp, sesame oil, garlic powder and ground pepper. Next, slowly whisk in your pasta water and mix until smooth
Pour your sauce over the noodles. Mix until combined
Move to your favourite bowl and garnish with green onion and more chili crisp if desired
