15-Minute Peanut Butter Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200g of your favourite asian-style noodles—I used Taiwanese Style Sliced Noodle

  • 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili crisp

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Ground pepper to taste

  • Sliced green onion to garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles accordingly. Strain and set aside

    • While the noodles are still cooking, reserve about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the pasta water and set aside

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together your peanut butter, soy sauce, chili crisp, sesame oil, garlic powder and ground pepper. Next, slowly whisk in your pasta water and mix until smooth

  • Pour your sauce over the noodles. Mix until combined

  • Move to your favourite bowl and garnish with green onion and more chili crisp if desired
