Mini Egg Mug Cake

The best & quickest dessert. Substitute your mini eggs for chocolate chips when it’s not Easter!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1.5 tbsp white sugar

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 a ripe banana

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 10-15 mini eggs

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a large mug, add your butter and microwave for 20 seconds to melt it

  • Remove from microwave and add in all of your ingredients, except for your mini eggs and sea salt. Mix to combine

    • You may need to use a fork to break up the banana to ensure that it is evenly mixed with the rest of the ingredients

  • Now, add in most of your mini eggs and gently mix to combine

  • Microwave your mixture for 1:15-1:30

  • Top with your remaining mini eggs and a pinch of sea salt :)
