Mini Egg Mug Cake
The best & quickest dessert. Substitute your mini eggs for chocolate chips when it’s not Easter!
Ingredients
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tbsp white sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 a ripe banana
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10-15 mini eggs
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
In a large mug, add your butter and microwave for 20 seconds to melt it
Remove from microwave and add in all of your ingredients, except for your mini eggs and sea salt. Mix to combine
You may need to use a fork to break up the banana to ensure that it is evenly mixed with the rest of the ingredients
Now, add in most of your mini eggs and gently mix to combine
Microwave your mixture for 1:15-1:30
Top with your remaining mini eggs and a pinch of sea salt :)
