Ingredients

These ingredients makes 2 larger portions!

Fries

Beef

  • 8 oz ground beef

  • Pepper & seasoning salt to taste

Gravy

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/4 flour

  • 1/2 beef bullion cube

Burger sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 1/2 white onion, diced

  • 2 medium pickles, cut into slices

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced

  • 2 Kraft singles (per dish)

Instructions

Fries

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and cook fries according to the instructions. Do this first so your fries are ready when everything else is!

Beef

  • Form your beef into 2 patties and place them in a medium-sized pan on medium-high heat

  • Season each side with your seasoning salt and pepper

  • Once cooked through, take your patties off the pan and set aside. Once cooled slightly, use a metal spatula to break apart your patty to form ~2 inch cubes

  • Keep your pan on the stovetop—we’re going to make the gravy next

Gravy

  • In the same frying pan as you cooked your beef in, put your pan on medium heat

  • Add in 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of flour and 1/2 a beef bullion cube to your pan. Whisk together until combined

  • After about ~5 minutes, your mixture should be boiling and thickened. Turn off the heat and let your gravy sit

Burger sauce

  • Combine all ingredients (mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice and fresh ground pepper) in a small mixing bowl. Stir until combined!

Assemble!

  • In your favourite bowl, layer some fries and Kraft singles. We did 2 layers

  • Next, add the rest of your ingredients! Add your beef, gravy, burger sauce and toppings to create the most delicious and indulgent dish ever

  • Enjoy :)
